Oh my goodness, I waited forever for my stuff to arrive! It took so long and I was super impatient. The communication was terrible and the customer service was the worst! But the stuff I received was totally awesome! With such long waiting times, I might just shop elsewhere next time.

I bought a black bra online, and the first time I ordered from them it was amazing. The bra was wrapped nicely in tissue paper and fit perfectly. But this time, it was disappointing. They didn't have the brand I wanted, so I had to guess my size (which was way off from my old one). It took two whole weeks for my order to arrive! When it finally came, the bras were just thrown in a box, no tissue paper or anything, and they fit terribly. Plus, there was someone else's order form in the box. I'm really frustrated with this place now, not sure if I should order from them again. Will I have to wait forever for my new order too? The holidays shouldn't be an excuse for such bad service. They had my order ready to ship, but just left it there. Ugh!

I ordered three bras, but I ended up getting someone else's order. They told me it would take a long time to fix it. I waited, but then they gave me a completely different response. My order didn't even show up, and when I tried to return it, they said I couldn't. Now I'm left with three bras that don't even fit me! Ugh, frustrating!

So I bought some underwear from this company, eh? The quality and fit are great, but I keep missing items in my orders. Pretty annoying, eh? I've had to keep contacting them to fix it. It's the second time this has happened, and now I'm not sure if I want to order from them again.

Yo, so I thought I found the perfect bra from this one place, but it was totally not what I expected, you know? When I tried to track my order, the link was showing "not found" or something, and then I found out the post office never even received it, like what's up with that? And, get this, someone else got 3 bras instead of me! How do you mess that up? I'm so done with it. And when I reached out to them, all they did was ask for my address to send it again. Shouldn't they be the ones fixing their mistakes? Like, where's my original order at? And then, they didn't even offer an apology or like anything, just gave me a lame $15 off coupon for next time. I'm done with this, I'm telling all my friends to avoid this place. I'm sticking to Natori and Nordstrom because at least they know how to do things right.

I used to give this brand a pretty bad review, but I gotta say, after talking to their customer service, my opinion has changed. Alice was on it, and my missing order got resent super fast with priority shipping. That part of dealing with them was great. But, the bras themselves came in just a bag with no padding, so they ended up ripped by the time they got to me. Thankfully, the bras were ok. Still, the lack of decent packaging was a bit disappointing, especially considering how much the bras cost.
