I ordered a bra, eh, but it didn't fit me, unfortunately. I knew they had an easy return policy, so I followed all the instructions carefully and sent it back. They let me know that they got the bra, but it's been three months now and I still haven't received my refund. I've tried emailing, calling, and texting them, giving them all the details like tracking numbers and payment confirmations, but I haven't heard back. It's been really frustrating dealing with their customer service. You can't rely on getting your money back if your bra doesn't fit, that's for sure.

The bras had extra material on the top and sides, which caused bunching and gaps. I thought the quality was poor, especially considering the price. I had to pay for return shipping and still didn't get the right size after a few exchanges. Overall, my experience with this company was frustrating and disappointing.

The bras are honestly so cheap feeling, like seriously, probably the worst material I've ever felt on my body. And get this, they cost so much! But the fit and comfort? Nonexistent. I was so uncomfortable and let down. I sent them back right away, but now I'm stuck in this annoying refund process that feels like it's never gonna end. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and don't even bother buying from this company. You're better off finding better quality stuff somewhere else.

It took ages for them to show up, and when they finally did, I took off the tags and wore them for a bit.
