I bought three bras, but only one actually fits right. The mesh one is okay, the scoop one is a little tight, and the sports one is just too small. I'm not impressed at all!

So I bought some underwear from this company, eh? The quality and fit are great, but I keep missing items in my orders. Pretty annoying, eh? I've had to keep contacting them to fix it. It's the second time this has happened, and now I'm not sure if I want to order from them again.

The bras are honestly so cheap feeling, like seriously, probably the worst material I've ever felt on my body. And get this, they cost so much! But the fit and comfort? Nonexistent. I was so uncomfortable and let down. I sent them back right away, but now I'm stuck in this annoying refund process that feels like it's never gonna end. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and don't even bother buying from this company. You're better off finding better quality stuff somewhere else.

I'm done with this, I'm telling all my friends to avoid this place. I'm sticking to Natori and Nordstrom because at least they know how to do things right.

My order for a black lace bra went missing during delivery, but luckily Liz, the customer service rep, came through and quickly refunded me. She was super helpful and even stayed in touch by email once everything was sorted out. It's so rare to find customer service that good!

Still, the lack of decent packaging was a bit disappointing, especially considering how much the bras cost.
