Oh my gosh, I ordered these really awesome gloves and never even got them! They didn't even offer to send me another pair to make things right. Like, I did get my money back, but I really just wanted the gloves to keep my hands warm, you know? So not cool, eh?

So, I made a bit of a goof and bought tickets for a show next year without checking my calendar first. Turns out, I already had plans for that day. Luckily, James was super awesome and was able to sort things out for me. He worked his magic and got approval for me to swap my show tickets for a voucher instead. I can't thank James enough for going the extra mile to help me out. The service he provided was top-notch, and I'm really thankful for his quick and professional assistance.

I bought a Panasonic cartridge from this website and they said it would come in 5 days. But after waiting 9 days with nothing, I tried to contact them through chat, email, and phone many times. All they said was that a third party was handling the shipping. I got fed up with the lack of updates and long wait, so I ended up cancelling my order and getting it from someone else.
