Misdirected order, terrible service
Oh boy, what a disaster! I ordered some clothes and guess what? They got sent to the wrong address all because of some mix-up with PayPal. So, I reached out to customer service for some help and you won't believe what happened - they wouldn't own up to their mistake and actually had the guts to hang up on me! I am so let down by their lack of accountability and you can bet I won't be spending my money there again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this whole mess of a company!

Wrong address mishap
I can't believe they sent my order to the wrong address! And to top it off, they won't give me a refund until their warehouse confirms that they got the product back. It's been three weeks and I still haven't seen my refund.
