Black cocktail dress
This dress is so beautiful! The fabric is really nice, and it fits perfectly. The style is super chic too. I felt amazing wearing it to my friend's birthday party. The little details are just amazing, like the stitching and beading. Everyone kept complimenting me all night, and I'm so happy I bought it.

Quality product, but pricey shipping
Even though the product I bought was really good quality and got a lot of compliments when I wore it, the whole thing was kind of ruined by the crazy high costs for shipping. At first, I was shocked by how much I had to pay for shipping, it was like over 10% of what I bought, and then I found out there were even more charges for customs that they didn't tell me about upfront. It made me feel frustrated and like they were trying to trick me, because in the end, I paid more than half of what I originally ordered just for shipping. I get that they want to be seen as a fancy brand, but their shipping practices don't really match up with other fancy stores, so it seems like they still need to work on their online shopping stuff. Despite all that, I have to say that their customer service was really good at helping me out and dealing with my concerns, which shows they care about getting better. In the future, I really hope they fix these pricing problems and make shipping easier and cheaper for customers.

I ordered something and it came with missing pieces. I tried calling customer service for help but couldn't get ahold of anyone. I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of assistance.

Educating All Students (EAS 201) practice exams
I've been teaching for a while now, and let me tell you, I was really let down by the Educating All Students (EAS 201) practice exams I got for my son. Even though I help make official exams, these practice tests just didn't cut it. They were too simple and didn't have the complexity needed to really prepare for the NYSTC exam. The reading questions were too basic and didn't cover any teaching strategies, which are crucial for doing well on the actual test. I wouldn't suggest these exams to anyone who wants a thorough prep tool.

Discontinued products
Morphe really let me down by discontinuing all my favorite products. The boss mood palette was my go-to for a night out, the mega matte lipsticks were perfect for lasting all day, and now there's hardly any shades left in the color pencils. It's frustrating to see a company getting rid of their best products and only keeping what seems like leftovers. I don't know what their plan is, but it's not making loyal customers like me happy. I'm thinking about looking elsewhere to spend my money.

The product looks amazing and the packaging adds a nice touch to the whole experience. The attention to detail in how it’s wrapped really makes it exciting to receive and open. I accidentally bought the wrong product at first because the names were so similar, but the customer service person was really helpful. They let me exchange it for the right item and even gave me the original discount, even though the code had expired. Their flexibility and focus on making sure customers are happy really makes this company stand out. It’s clear they care more about showing off the quality of their products than just making a quick buck. This whole experience has definitely made me want to come back and shop here regularly.

Game Transfer
I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the customer service team at this company. I waited a whole 24 hours for them to finish transferring my game, even gave them all the info they needed - confirmations, codes, you name it. But they still couldn't get it done. It's frustrating to see how they dropped the ball on this one. They really need to step up their game and fix their customer support - fast.

Inconvenient transportation to Fox Rent A Car
My experience with Fox Rent A Car was kind of disappointing because I had to take two buses to get to and from the airport locations. This is something other car rental companies don't make me do, so Fox is not as good when it comes to getting around. The prices were okay, but I was hoping for a better deal considering the hassle of the transportation. Maybe next time Fox could think about providing a more convenient and competitive way for customers to get around.
