High quality product
I bought a really good product from this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was super impressed with what I got. The quality was even better than I expected and it was obvious that this brand doesn't mess around when it comes to making top-notch, long-lasting products. You could tell they put a lot of care and skill into making the item I got, and I really respect that they care so much about quality. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and I definitely think other people should check out this store if they want some really great products.
Clothing quality and customer service
I just bought some clothes from the store, and I gotta say, the quality is amazing. The materials used are top of the line and the design is so well-done. I had a problem with my recent purchase and Mary from customer service was absolutely fantastic! She really went out of her way to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. Mary was so nice, helpful, and really cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I can't thank her enough for the amazing service she provided.
My hoodie and beanie
Omg, the customer service here is absolutely amazing! They are just so nice and helpful, it's unreal. And let me tell you, the quality of the clothes is top-notch. Seriously, I'm in love with my new hoodie and beanie - they're super comfy and stylish. Can't wait to rock them everywhere I go!
Quality product, but pricey shipping
Even though the product I bought was really good quality and got a lot of compliments when I wore it, the whole thing was kind of ruined by the crazy high costs for shipping. At first, I was shocked by how much I had to pay for shipping, it was like over 10% of what I bought, and then I found out there were even more charges for customs that they didn't tell me about upfront. It made me feel frustrated and like they were trying to trick me, because in the end, I paid more than half of what I originally ordered just for shipping. I get that they want to be seen as a fancy brand, but their shipping practices don't really match up with other fancy stores, so it seems like they still need to work on their online shopping stuff. Despite all that, I have to say that their customer service was really good at helping me out and dealing with my concerns, which shows they care about getting better. In the future, I really hope they fix these pricing problems and make shipping easier and cheaper for customers.
Sweater purchase
I bought a sweater from this company and I was really disappointed with it. When I got it, I saw lots of loose threads and it just looked like it was made poorly. Plus, the size was way off - I ordered an XL but got a sweater that was more like a Medium. The neck hole was way too small too, it just didn't fit right. I think they might be using the wrong size charts, maybe Chinese sizes. I tried to contact their customer support for days and sent them lots of pictures showing the issues, but they never got back to me. Luckily, I paid with PayPal so I could file a claim for their bad service.
Hoodie and joggers
I got this really nice hoodie and jogging pants from this website, and it was great - they came really quickly. The customer service was incredible, and the clothes were awesome! I felt like a total boss when I put them on.
Bought hoodies, returned one
So, I got these hoodies from this store, eh? I wasn't sure about the size, so I ended up getting two, and then had to return one. The hoodie I kept is really awesome, eh, but the service was pretty disappointing. It took forever for them to deal with my return, and then it took even longer for them to process it. And now, it's been forever and I still haven't got my refund. What's the deal? I just want my money back, buddy.
