I just updated my software and had a great experience with the support team. My old computer stopped working, and I've been using this software for a long time. The folks at Nitro support helped me quickly install the new version for a 14-day trial on my new computer. I liked some of the changes in the new version and the team assisted me in upgrading to a version that I could use. Overall, I think this software is really good, but I wish the copy and paste function was more like the old version while still keeping the new version's stability.
