I'm really disappointed with my experience at Nitro. I bought some software and thought I'd get it right away, but that didn't happen. I tried contacting customer service a few times, but just got the runaround and no real solution. It's frustrating to pay for something and not get what I was promised. I wouldn't suggest Nitro to anyone who wants good service for their money.

Oh my goodness, I was trying to book a hotel on this website and they ended up double-booking me for the same hotel on the same dates! Can you believe it? And then they wouldn't give me a refund, I mean, seriously, that's really not cool. I'm so mad, I feel like they totally scammed me. I'm definitely gonna report them to the authorities or something.
