I just got a new computer and had trouble transferring my license. I tried contacting customer support for help, but it was really frustrating. The link they gave me was no help at all, I just kept going in circles with no solution. I ended up having to buy a new license, but I still had the same issue. Every time I opened a document, the program would restart, which was super annoying.
