You all did a great job fixing my order after the mix-up with the shipping address caused by PayPal. I really appreciate how fast you responded and let me place a new order with the right address without any trouble. Now, about the oil, I'm hoping this new one will be better for my motorcycle than the synthetic oil I was using. Lately, I've been having trouble starting my bike because of issues with the decompression cam, and I think it might be connected to the old oil. Thanks for handling my concerns so quickly and well.

The writing software from Nitro looks good and is reasonably priced, but it could use some improvements. The volume discount system is messed up - customers get a better deal buying 4 packs instead of 10. Also, it's a pain because you can't select multiple packs together, so you have to make separate orders. The software isn't as easy to use as Adobe's, the menus and design could be improved. It would be better if there was one tab where you could edit text, add comments, shapes like circles and highlights. Plus, some copy and paste features don't always work right.
