    Oh my goodness, I can't believe it! I bought some super cool stuff online, but when I needed help, it was a total nightmare. There was literally no customer support whatsoever. I tried calling, but nobody picked up. And the live chat? Forget about it, they said no one was even there! And don't even get me started on emailing them, nobody even bothered to reply! It's just not right, especially considering how pricey the stuff was. They should definitely back up their products and step up their customer service game.

    Backpack with faulty buckle

    I recently bought a backpack from this company when they had a sale on their website. The backpack is actually really nice, but when I got it, one of the buckles was defective. I tried contacting customer service about it, but they never got back to me. It's a bummer because I can't return it since I got it on sale. I've still been using the backpack, but I probably won't buy anything else from this website.

    I recently got a backpack from this company and honestly, I had a pretty bad experience with how they handled my order. When I was checking out, they made it seem like I needed to order that day to get my backpack by a certain date. I really needed it by then, so I bought it without choosing faster shipping. But, two days later, my backpack still hadn't even been shipped and the delivery date got pushed back by two days from what they originally told me. It was really annoying to see that delay, especially because they never said during ordering that the date they gave was the latest it would come. It felt like they were trying to trick customers into thinking their stuff would come faster than it actually could.

    Small commuter backpack

    I bought this little commuter backpack, but it didn't fit my laptop, eh. So, I tried to return it, but man, what a pain in the butt process! They don't take returns in-store, so I had to ship it back on my own dime. Even though I got proof that they got it, I never heard back from them. And when I bugged them about it, they said they were too swamped to give me my refund. Long story short, I never got my money back, eh.

    The Medium Trade case I bought was a total letdown. It got wrecked on the first use, even though it was supposed to be covered by warranty. I tried to make a claim and emailed the company several times, but got no reply. Their customer service is so frustratingly bad. It's really disappointing to be treated like this by a company. I've never had such a terrible experience with a product or company. Just steer clear and don't bother buying from them.
