Taxi prebooked JFK to Times Square
My family and I had booked a taxi in advance from JFK Airport to Times Square. After a tiring 14-hour journey, all we wanted was to reach our destination and unwind. However, the taxi never showed up! We tried calling multiple numbers, but nobody picked up. They had even charged us already. I sent an email with a complaint through their website, but received no reply or refund. I definitely won't be using that company again. It's much simpler and less stressful to just hail a taxi at the airport instead.

Paint purchase
The paint I bought from the store was amazing to use. The staff, especially Linda, were so friendly and helpful, giving me great advice on colours and decorating ideas. The matte finish of the paint really brought out the texture and depth of my lounge walls. All in all, both the paint and the service at the store were definitely worth the price.

I just bought a laptop from you folks and I gotta tell ya, I'm really not impressed. The laptop is slow, the battery dies way too quickly, and don't even get me started on the customer service. New backpack
