When you're ready to invest in some good paint, it really shows that you care about the colours you're choosing. You can't just pick any old colour and expect it to turn out well. It takes time, patience, and a bit of trial and error. The folks at the store I went to weren't just enthusiastic about colours, they also really understood how to work with the unique space that needed painting. Even though it was a bit frustrating trying out different shades, their expertise really paid off in the end. The positive reactions from everyone who has seen the final result prove that we definitely made the right call. I really don't want to go through this process again anytime soon, so getting it right the first time was really important.

So, I went to this paint store for the first time and I gotta admit, I was a bit skeptical at first because I heard some mixed reviews about their products. But, I thought, why not give it a try? I bought some paint for my home reno project and made sure to follow the recommendations for the primers. And let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the paint was to use. The final look in my room with railings and wimbourne white is just beautiful. The quality and finish of the paint totally blew me away, it was even better than I expected. I went to the Glasgow store to get some ideas for painting my living room and hallway. The staff there were super helpful, especially Sam. He gave me great advice on colours and types of paint. I was looking for shades that reminded me of the Outer Hebrides, and Sam recommended the Christopher John Rogers collection, which had some beautiful colours. He showed me some swatches and gave me some creative ideas for my project. I went back to the store yesterday and got everything I needed to start decorating. Thanks to the Glasgow branch for all the amazing help!

So, I bought some paint from this store not too long ago and, to be honest, I wasn't too happy with it at first. I bought some paint from this company not too long ago and I ran into a pretty rough situation. The paint I got had this awful stink, like rotten eggs. Turns out, there was bacteria in the cans because they weren't sealed properly, making the paint all contaminated. When I put it on my walls, the whole house stunk something fierce. It was seriously disappointing, so I want to give folks a heads up and say don't go through the same hassle.

As someone with lots of experience fixing things, I've used all kinds of paints. Gotta tell ya, the interior paint I got from you guys is amazing. The coverage is great, and the finish is super smooth and perfect. And the colors to pick from are real nice too, lots of beautiful shades. All in all, I'm really happy with how good your product is.

She looked at the swatches I brought in and gave me some great ideas that ended up being perfect for the job. I had some trouble with another decision I made, but when I went back for more advice, Aude was really generous with her time and ideas, and everything turned out great in the end. I'm really happy with how my bathroom renovation turned out, all thanks to the awesome help from the staff at the Richmond store.
Colour Consultancy Service with Harriot Collins
I don't usually write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience that I had to tell everyone about it. The staff in the store were so helpful, the delivery was fast, and the Colour Consultancy service was awesome. Harriot Collins, the consultant we worked with, was fantastic. She listened to us and encouraged us to be daring with our choices. The discounts we got on our paint order as part of the service were a nice surprise. I definitely suggest Farrow & Ball and Harriot.
Paint for living room and dining room
The service at the branch in Toronto was amazing, eh? The staff there was really helpful and gave me some great ideas for my project. I ended up painting my living room and dining room in this gorgeous combination of colors that turned out so nice. The quality of the paint was really top-notch and gave such a smooth and fantastic finish, eh? I can't wait to start my next project and I'll definitely be going back to this branch for more ideas. The service at the store was amazing. Duncan really knew his stuff and was super helpful with my project. Beth helped me pick out a color scheme that I never would have thought of on my own. Even though there were some problems with the delivery and damaged tins, F&B took care of it right away and made returning extra paint a breeze. The paint is top-notch - durable, vibrant colors, and a gorgeous finish. I would definitely recommend this store and their service.
Overpriced, inconsistent paint
I bought this paint and it was a total disaster, eh! It was way too pricey, and when I put it on my walls, it turned out to be two different colors. When I tried to get help from customer service, Fran was no help at all. They didn't offer any assistance and even told me I couldn't touch up the paint, which doesn't make any sense. This whole thing has been a real nightmare, and I for sure won't be buying this product again, eh.
Ripped my wallet off
Watch out for those fake reviews, eh? The paint is just awful, eh. Even though we were persuaded to give it a try and spent a lot of money on it, our painters and decorators advised us against it, eh. We didn't listen and we've been kicking ourselves ever since, eh. Turns out many others have had the same problems, and even the pros won't touch it, eh. Not even a fancy museum, which gets it for free, will use it, eh. The paint gets stained easily, marked up easily, and peels off quickly, eh. Do yourself a favour and save your money by steering clear of this product, eh.
Stone Blue paint
The Stone Blue paint seemed nice at first, but it didn't hold up well when trying to clean marks off without ending up with water stains. I reached out to customer service for help, but they didn't offer any advice. In the end, I had to go back to using Dulux or Crown paints because of this problem. Adele from Farrow & Ball eventually came through by sending me a replacement paint to fix the issue, but now I have to do another round of painting.
Outdoor paint purchase
I just bought some outdoor paint at that store, eh? I really like the product, but man, I was so let down by how the employees acted. I just asked a simple question about getting more paint, and they were so rude to me. I felt totally embarrassed and humiliated by how they treated me. It was a real mess, honestly.
luliworth blue and blackened modern emulsion
My mom went and got these paints from the store, and let me tell you, they are amazing! We used them to paint our kitchen and it turned out so awesome! The colors are spot on with the swatches and they all complement each other perfectly. Plus, the paint is super simple to apply and clean up. It was a bit expensive, but honestly, the quality is top-notch so it's worth every penny. I'll definitely be recommending it to all my friends!
