I had to return a pair of shoes because they sent me the wrong size. I was pretty bummed when I saw that they only had sizes I didn't want for an exchange, so I had to pay for the return shipping. But, when I finally ordered the right size, it went through smoothly. It was annoying and unfair to deal with all that unnecessary trouble.

I phoned customer service the other day to ask about a product, and even though the rep helped me out, I gotta say their attitude was pretty rude and unfriendly. It kinda sucked to get help with such a lack of friendliness.

I was trying to cancel my stock footage subscription because they charged me without my permission after the free trial. I attempted to reach customer service, but their chatbot was completely useless. The only choice left was to call a number in the USA. I had to go as far as cancelling my debit card to prevent them from taking more money. Dealing with this dishonest company has been a real pain in the neck trying to get a refund.

I bought a new pair of hockey skates from Sports Experts not too long ago and I gotta say, the staff there really know their stuff! They were super helpful in figuring out what I needed and helped me pick out the perfect pair of skates. One of them even took the time to walk me through all the cool features of the skates and gave me some tips on how to take care of them. Overall, I had a great shopping trip at Sports Experts.

The service at the store was amazing. Duncan really knew his stuff and was super helpful with my project. Beth helped me pick out a color scheme that I never would have thought of on my own. Even though there were some problems with the delivery and damaged tins, F&B took care of it right away and made returning extra paint a breeze. The paint is top-notch - durable, vibrant colors, and a gorgeous finish. I would definitely recommend this store and their service.

As a person who cares about the environment, I really liked how the company makes their denim products. They use materials that are good for the planet and technology that saves water, which makes them stand out from others in the industry.
