Jeans purchase

3 pairs of jeans from London
Oh my gosh, can you believe I had the worst time trying to order from this London store? The jeans were just meh, nothing impressive, and the prices were ridiculous! And on top of that, they wouldn't let me exchange the jeans that were too big! Like seriously, what's up with that? Most stores let you exchange, but not them. So unfair! I spent a ton of money and now I can't even wear the jeans. Definitely the worst online shopping experience ever!
Defected pants, poor customer service
I bought these pants from the store the other day and man, I gotta say I was really let down. The quality was terrible and when I tried to get some help from customer service, they basically told me it was my fault for getting the wrong size. I've shopped here before, but this time they really dropped the ball. They wouldn't give me a refund or let me swap for a new pair, even though it was obvious the pants were messed up. It felt like they just didn't want to own up to their mistake.
