    I've been using this awesome place for a while now, and oh my goodness, they are so amazing! We recently moved and lost some pieces to our calendar, but when I let them know, they were so quick to help me out! No questions asked, just sent over what I needed right away. The items arrived today, and I'm really impressed by how dedicated they are to their customers. I'm a satisfied customer and will definitely be returning!

    I just bought a photo book from this company and it was a big letdown. I picked out my photos, made the book all unique, and couldn't wait for it to show up. But when it finally came, I was so surprised to see that the photo quality was terrible. The colors were dull, the pictures were blurry, and the whole book was nothing like I was hoping for. I tried to get help from customer service, but sadly, they couldn't fix the problem to my satisfaction. I'm really upset about the whole thing and definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone else.

    Layflat album purchase

    The experience with the company was pretty disappointing. The way the website looked and the customer service weren't that great. At first, I liked the different layout options for the layflat albums, but it got annoying when I was designing multiple albums. It was a pain that I couldn't repeat a spread just because I chose a different colour cover. The company said it was a "design" choice, but it just made things more frustrating for me. The final product's quality was similar to Milk Books albums, both of which use digital, 6-colour printing. But I found Milk Books' website easier to use and more intuitive. I did like that the company offered an 8.5 by 8.5 sizing option, unlike Milk Books' 8 by 8 option. When it comes down to it, choosing between the two websites might depend on pricing or any ongoing sales. Even with the frustrations, both companies are good options for those wanting high-quality albums. After getting the hang of the Artifact Uprising tool, I'd think about buying from them again if there was a good sale happening.

    Wedding guest book arrival

    I bought a wedding guest sign in book for $300 and I was really pleased with how it looked when it arrived. But then I found an ink stain on one of the pages, and I was pretty bummed out about it. I got in touch with customer service right away, and they were quick to reply and promised to send a new book. I told them I needed it before the wedding, but unfortunately, it didn't show up until after the event. So we ended up using the messed up book at the wedding, which was a major letdown.

    I recently ordered a photo book from this company as a Christmas gift for a loved one, eh. I spent days carefully selecting and arranging the photos, only to finalize the order well before the Christmas deadline provided. However, despite the website stating a production time of 3 days, my order was still stuck in production status 10 days later. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since the majority of purchases made from this company are intended to be used as gifts. I felt let down and frustrated by the delay, as it meant that my loved one would not receive their gift in time for the special occasion, eh.

    Album for son's 18th birthday

    The album I ordered for my son's 18th birthday was amazing quality, but the whole experience was kinda disappointing. I made sure to place my order early so it would be there on time, but it showed up a week late and without the title. I wanted it to be a surprise for my son, so the delay and missing title really ruined the excitement. Thankfully, the customer service team was quick to respond to my email and they fixed the mistake by sending me a new album at no cost. However, the second shipment was sent out without confirming when I would be home, so it arrived while I was on vacation and got sent back. Even though I asked them to hold off until I got back, they couldn't do that. It's frustrating to see good customer service efforts get overshadowed by bad communication and management.

    Poor quality book

    Oh man, what a letdown. I put in hours creating a photo book as a sweet Valentine's gift for my partner, only to end up with a subpar product. The sides of the book were dripping with glue, the cover was lopsided, and the photo quality was terrible. Being an artist and designer, I have an eye for details and I was shocked by the sloppy work with crooked margins and blurry photos. I was expecting way better for what I paid. Maybe I should have checked out the Trustpilot reviews first - looks like others have had similar problems. The fancy branding and promises of top-notch photo prints are all smoke and mirrors. I feel totally ripped off by this company.

    I paid over $400 for a wedding photo book and was told it would come before Christmas. But it still hasn't arrived and their website promises seem impossible now. Customer service has been disappointing, ignoring my emails and making me feel like my issue isn't a priority. They're not responding to my emails and I can't even call them. This is just not right.

    Expensive but top-notch prints

    Prints are kinda pricey, but they're so worth it because the quality is amazing! I love that I can pick either square or rectangle shapes, and choose to add a border or keep it borderless. Haven't tried their books yet, but if they're anything like the prints, I might have to give them a try soon.

    Wedding photo book

    Lately, I got my third photo book from your services, and sadly, it had the same print issues as the last two. Even though I put over 80 hours into making this wedding photo book just right, every full-page photo had a white margin along the side. It's really disheartening to see these errors, especially when I gave you professional pictures for printing. I don't understand why you offer these options for layout if you can't do them correctly. Your customer service team is quick to respond, which I appreciate, but getting the same flawed book over and over without fixing the mistakes is disappointing.

    I had a really bad time with getting my photo book printed. All the pictures were off-center and wonky, which made the whole thing look super amateur and not at all what I was hoping for. I wish I had read some reviews before going through with my order because it turns out lots of people have had the same problem with this place.     I recently bought a big custom photo book from a print company and it didn't go so well. The first book had a mistake on the cover which was a bummer. They made me another at a discount, but it had the same errors. The third one had glue on some pages, making them stick together and tear. Finally, the fourth book was decent in terms of quality. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and quality control. The customer service was also not great and I didn't get any refunds despite spending a lot of money. Overall, my experience with this print company was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend them to others.

    Online order frustration

    I just ordered a couple of pictures online for my dad's birthday, and I used an address that I've used before without any problems. But then I didn't get a shipping confirmation, so I contacted customer service. The person I talked to gave me short, snappy replies and put the blame on me, saying I used "United Kingdom" instead of "Northern Ireland." But if it worked before, why the sudden change? Why did it take them so long to figure out the problem? Couldn't they just do a quick Google search to fix the address issue? Seems like they're just too lazy to make their customers happy. I definitely won't be using their services again.

    I recently ordered a custom photo book from this website and, to be honest, it was not a great experience. I made my order in early October and was really looking forward to getting it in time for a special event. Unfortunately, the delivery got delayed multiple times, and every time I contacted customer service for help, I got different answers. At first, they said my order was on its way, then they said there was a problem with the printing, and finally they said it got lost during delivery. The lack of clear communication and organization was really frustrating and it left me feeling pretty let down.

    Custom engagement album

    The custom engagement album I got from this company was honestly a huge letdown. I ordered it to use as a guestbook at my rehearsal dinner, but the first one they sent me was just not up to par. The pictures were all over the place, the quotes we picked out were either printed wrong or cut off, and there were ink stains everywhere. When they sent me a replacement, it was somehow even worse. The quotes were off-center or not even on the page, covering up my photos. The whole thing was a disappointment and did not live up to what I was hoping for at all.

    I went all out and splurged on custom photo books as a Christmas gift for my husband. I made sure to order them well in advance to make sure they'd be here on time. But here's the kicker - the first two books, the ones that really mattered, didn't show up when they were supposed to, despite the company saying they would. I tried reaching out to them, but couldn't get a hold of anyone. They just sent me an email about the delay and tossed in a $25 gift card to make up for a $5000 order. We had been emailing back and forth about the delivery, and they let me down big time. My advice? Stay away from this site if your project really matters and you're on a deadline. There are better companies out there that deliver high-quality products and actually give a darn about their customers.
