Dyson V10 Animal vacuum
I got the Dyson V10 Animal vacuum a couple of years back and gotta say, when it actually works, it's pretty good. But man, it's been a real pain in the butt. I keep getting stuff stuck in the openings and have to constantly troubleshoot. In the past two years, I've had to change the filter, stick, and battery because it kept overheating. Dealing with customer service was also a mess - sent in my vacuum for repair and was left hanging for two months because of mix-ups and issues with the process. I mean, the free battery replacement was nice and all, but overall, this vacuum has been a massive letdown, especially for the price.

Album for son's 18th birthday
The album I ordered for my son's 18th birthday was amazing quality, but the whole experience was kinda disappointing. I made sure to place my order early so it would be there on time, but it showed up a week late and without the title. I wanted it to be a surprise for my son, so the delay and missing title really ruined the excitement. Thankfully, the customer service team was quick to respond to my email and they fixed the mistake by sending me a new album at no cost. However, the second shipment was sent out without confirming when I would be home, so it arrived while I was on vacation and got sent back. Even though I asked them to hold off until I got back, they couldn't do that. It's frustrating to see good customer service efforts get overshadowed by bad communication and management.
Review about: Patrick Ta
Highlighter and lipstick
Oh, I gotta tell you, their highlighter and lipstick are absolutely amazing! The highlighter gives me a lovely glow without making me look like I just stepped out of a disco, and the lipstick sticks around even after a couple drinks (or a few more, oops). The packaging is so sleek and stylish, perfect for displaying on my vanity. As a makeup lover, I've tested out tons of brands, but Patrick Ta really stands out for its quality and how well it works. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for, right?
