We-Vibe toy
So I just got this new electronic toy from a company that sells intimate products. But guess what? My order went missing on its way to me. I reached out to their customer service team, and I have to say, they were amazing! They sorted out the issue super quickly and efficiently. They didn't waste any time sending me a replacement order, and it arrived in just a few days. And as a cherry on top, they even threw in a free bottle of lube! The way their customer service team took care of everything really impressed me, and it made me feel like a valued customer. The rep I chatted with was so friendly and helpful too. All in all, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

Layflat album purchase
The experience with the company was pretty disappointing. The way the website looked and the customer service weren't that great. At first, I liked the different layout options for the layflat albums, but it got annoying when I was designing multiple albums. It was a pain that I couldn't repeat a spread just because I chose a different colour cover. The company said it was a "design" choice, but it just made things more frustrating for me. The final product's quality was similar to Milk Books albums, both of which use digital, 6-colour printing. But I found Milk Books' website easier to use and more intuitive. I did like that the company offered an 8.5 by 8.5 sizing option, unlike Milk Books' 8 by 8 option. When it comes down to it, choosing between the two websites might depend on pricing or any ongoing sales. Even with the frustrations, both companies are good options for those wanting high-quality albums. After getting the hang of the Artifact Uprising tool, I'd think about buying from them again if there was a good sale happening.
