I recently bought a big custom photo book from a print company and it didn't go so well. The first book had a mistake on the cover which was a bummer. They made me another at a discount, but it had the same errors. The third one had glue on some pages, making them stick together and tear. Finally, the fourth book was decent in terms of quality. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and quality control. The customer service was also not great and I didn't get any refunds despite spending a lot of money. Overall, my experience with this print company was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend them to others.
