Although their website says “CA,” I mistakenly thought it was a Canadian skincare web. The products might be authentic, but their customer service is truly disappointing.

I placed an order in April and still haven’t received it. After months of back and forth, they claimed the delivery was completed—even though the package was clearly delivered to the wrong address (the delivery photo shows a house that’s not mine).

Instead of taking responsibility or offering a refund, they gave me a coupon full of restrictions—many items excluded, shipping not included.

This was my first time ordering from them, and definitely the last.

I really frustrated that you did those forth and back things. My first complaint already included the order number and details. Why you keep ask those things in every reply?

The order was delivered to my home by 05/01/2025. but 2 items were damaged by the shipping which I found when I opened the box. I already attached the pictures as evidence, not sure why you need those info. Anyway, I will provide it ad you request even I don't know what the purpose.

I bought a Medicube device from Stylevana because they had a deal going on. But there was a problem with the discount code not working like it should. I contacted customer service and sent more screenshots, but I still haven't gotten it fixed. It's frustrating and disappointing. Your package will likely get messed up and you'll lose your stuff. And don't even get me started on their terrible customer service. Any money you saved on those initial orders will disappear quick. It's a total scam, plain and simple. Do yourself a favor and avoid the stress.
