Online exchange process
The process of swapping stuff online on the website was a real pain in the butt. I waited forever to get my new items, only to find out that I got charged twice for the stuff I returned. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was a system error that would take weeks to fix. It was so annoying and really soured my whole experience.

Clothing items
I recently bought some clothes from the store, and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how long it took to get my order. The clothes themselves are great - good quality and stylish - but the whole process of getting them to me was a bit of a headache. I placed my order on 11/25/23 and then had to deal with delays and not knowing when my stuff would actually ship. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on with my order. On the plus side, customer service was actually pretty nice. The person I talked to understood my concerns and helped speed up my delivery to 2-day service, which was awesome. So, even though it's been slow going, I'm staying positive that my items will get here soon and be in good shape.

Hotel reservation
The whole process at checkout was just a complete disaster because we had some issues with payment verification. Finally, we were able to get a booking confirmed. But, when we got to the hotel, we found out our reservation got cancelled even though we were already charged the full amount. We had to end up paying extra for a last-minute booking at a more expensive rate. We haven't heard anything back from the company about a refund. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
