    Blazer purchase

    Eh, the blazer I bought was a bit disappointing, eh. I was expecting better quality from this brand, you know what I mean? But after wearing it, I noticed that one of the sleeves was cut kinda wonky, eh! I was past the return date 'cause I had taken off the tags, but I decided to give customer service a call anyway, eh. And get this, I actually talked to a real person who was so nice and, like, really good with words, you know? They totally got my situation and quickly gave me a credit voucher for the full amount, eh, even the tax! Plus, they sent me a label for free return shipping, making the whole thing super easy. I gotta say, that level of customer service really blew me away, eh. I'm definitely gonna stick with this brand from now on, no doubt aboot it!

    Hawaiian summer shirts

    I got myself a couple of those Hawaiian summer shirts and let me tell you, they are totally worth all the hype! The website was super easy to use, and I got a confirmation email right away after placing my order. When I had a question about the tracking number, the customer service team answered me right away on the same day. The delivery came surprisingly quick, actually 2 days earlier than I was expecting and through FedEx. The shirts were packaged in environmentally friendly materials, which I really appreciate. And the fit and quality of the shirts are amazing! I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

    sweatshirt and TS Henley

    I recently bought a sweatshirt and a TS Henley from this shop. The only problem I had was that it took longer than I thought for the delivery to arrive, and they didn't really let me know that their distribution centre was closed temporarily. It wasn't a huge deal though. But when I finally got the items, I was really impressed. The sweatshirt is exactly what I needed - super cozy and warm, perfect for the chilly Canadian winters. The TS Henley was a nice addition to my wardrobe too, stylish and comfy. I think both items are great quality and I'm really happy with my purchase.

    Luxury sweats

    I'm honestly confused why people are hating on this brand. Their clothes are amazing, especially the collab pieces. Yeah, maybe their sweatpants are a bit pricey, but trust me, they're worth every dollar for the quality. If you can't handle spending a bit more for fancy sweats, maybe it's not your scene. When it comes to customer service, my only experience was at their store in Manhattan. The staff there were super nice and helpful, which made shopping there a piece of cake.

    I just bought a pair of sandals from this store, and let me tell you, I was so disappointed with the whole thing. When they arrived, they had this weird smell that made me think they didn't really check them over very well before sending them out. And you know, I've been a customer for a while, so I tried reaching out to customer support for some help, but they just ignored me completely. It was like they didn't care at all about my concerns. And then to top it all off, they expect me to pay for the return shipping on a defective product? That's just not right. The sandals were low quality and the customer service was terrible, and now I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down.

    I recently had a pretty disappointing situation with my latest purchase online. The customer service was not great, especially considering how expensive their stuff is. Basically, there was a mix-up with the courier, and instead of fixing it right away by sending me a new package or refunding me, they told me I gotta wait 14 to 21 days for some kind of investigation. And get this - they call their customer service email a "concierge," which is pretty ironic in this case. Compared to another company with a similar issue, the difference in their customer service was huge. Their responses weren't very apologetic and sometimes seemed kinda snarky when I asked for a quick fix and a Google review.

    I ordered a product not too long ago and had a pretty frustrating customer service situation. So, I got an email saying my order was there, but surprise, it wasn't. When I got in touch with Customer Service about it, they were kinda rude and said they had a picture showing it was close to my place, like I should've gotten it. I told them I still didn't have it and asked to talk to a manager, but they pushed back. Finally, they started this "investigation" that would take 2-3 weeks, all while I was still waiting for the stuff I already paid for. I've been a customer for a while, never had any returns, and spent a bunch of money there. I was really surprised they didn't seem to care at all. My past experiences were good, but this time I felt like my loyalty didn't mean anything. I told them I might not buy from them anymore if things weren't fixed, but they said it was their policy, no exceptions. This whole thing really made me think about doing business with them in the future.

    Alpaca popover polo in silver mist

    I've been shopping online for years now, always on the hunt for good deals and unique finds. So when I spotted this polo from a certain brand, I was really into its style and quality. Even though I usually wear a Medium, I decided to grab a Large since it was on sale. But after waiting for almost three weeks and not hearing anything about my order, I decided to cancel it. I later saw that the Medium size was back in stock, so I reordered it. Dealing with customer service was a bit slow, and when they finally got back to me with an invoice for the Medium size, they ended up canceling my order because it was supposedly out of stock. It was frustrating going back and forth, especially when the website still showed the product as available. The clothes looked good, but the whole customer service experience was a major bummer.

    I recently bought some clothes from the store, and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how long it took to get my order. The clothes themselves are great - good quality and stylish - but the whole process of getting them to me was a bit of a headache. I placed my order on 11/25/23 and then had to deal with delays and not knowing when my stuff would actually ship. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on with my order. On the plus side, customer service was actually pretty nice. The person I talked to understood my concerns and helped speed up my delivery to 2-day service, which was awesome. So, even though it's been slow going, I'm staying positive that my items will get here soon and be in good shape.

    The wool sweater I bought was such a letdown. It was way too expensive and the quality was terrible. The color didn't even look like what was shown on the model, and the wool was scratchy instead of soft. I was so disappointed with how it turned out.

    Hoodie purchase for Christmas gift

    I'm so frustrated right now. I can't believe I fell for the empty promises of the customer service team at this company. I actually talked to a real person who assured me my order would arrive before Christmas, but surprise surprise, I get an email a few days later saying it's been cancelled. It's so frustrating how they weren't honest with me. Now I have to hurry and find a new gift at the last minute. It's just really disappointing. Don't make the same mistake I did, be careful with what they say!

    Return lost in mail, $600 refund issue

    I had this really frustrating situation with a clothing store not too long ago. I sent back a $600 item that never made it to them, and when I asked for a refund, they said no. It may not have been a big deal to them, but that $600 meant a lot to me. Their customer service was no help at all and really fell short of what I was expecting.
