I bought something online and paid extra for faster shipping. But, it didn't come when it was supposed to. I tried emailing customer service, but didn't get any response. It's really disappointing and not cool that they didn't bother getting back to me. So, I had to buy another gift and pay to send back the first one. This whole thing has made me annoyed and not happy with their service at all.

I had this really frustrating situation with a clothing store not too long ago. I sent back a $600 item that never made it to them, and when I asked for a refund, they said no. It may not have been a big deal to them, but that $600 meant a lot to me. Their customer service was no help at all and really fell short of what I was expecting.

I bought a skincare device from Currentbody US & Canada the other day and even though it seems to be doing its job, I have to admit it's not the most comfortable thing to wear. It really should have another strap to go around the neck or over the head, and the nose opening is just weird and leaves a mark on my skin. But you know what? Despite all that, I have seen some good results on my skin, so I tough it out and wear it for 10 minutes every day.
