Online order
I recently made an online order and, ugh, had the same experience as the person who left a review before me. I placed my order a few weeks back and still haven't got any shipping confirmation. It's super frustrating to not hear anything and have my order take forever to process. I tried contacting customer service for help, but I haven't heard back from them either. As a customer, I want quick responses and updates on my orders, and so far that's been missing. I'm with the other reviewer - this is gonna be my first and final time ordering from this company.
