A skincare order
I recently ordered some skincare products on this website, really hoping to get them soon. But man, it's been a big disappointment - it's been months and I still haven't gotten my order. And on top of that, the customer support is terrible. I've tried to reach out through emails, social media, and the website chat, but no one's gotten back to me. And there's no phone number to call for help, so there's no way to fix this. I feel so frustrated and like my money's been taken from me. This whole thing has been a real nightmare that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.
