Easy navigation to website for parts replacement
The website design for replacement parts looks really nice, very sleek and modern. But man, it was so frustrating trying to figure out how to use it on my own. They should make it easier for us to find what we're looking for, ya know?
Ergonomic chair
The inside sales team was awesome to work with. Ashley was super friendly, helpful, and just a joy to deal with. She always remembered me when I called back, which really made me feel important. Ashley helped me sort out the order for the ergonomic chair I was looking for, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, all thanks to her amazing customer service.

I bought an office chair not too long ago and I must say, the customer service has been pretty terrible. The website doesn't have much info at all, it's been a challenge just to find a phone number to get in touch with them. I had to go to another site to get some answers. It's frustrating not being able to just give them a quick call. Even though I spent a good chunk of change on this chair a while back, the material is already starting to fall apart. If I was on the lookout for a new chair, I definitely wouldn't choose this brand again.

I just had an issue with the arm of my chair that needed fixing right away. The company's communication was excellent, and they quickly arranged for an engineer to come and replace the faulty arm. Tim, the engineer, showed up on time and fixed the chair efficiently. The company kept in touch throughout the process to make sure everything was going well. I have to say, the chair I got from them provides me with comfortable and stress-free back support. I really can't recommend them enough!
