The website doesn't have much info at all, it's been a challenge just to find a phone number to get in touch with them. I had to go to another site to get some answers. It's frustrating not being able to just give them a quick call. Even though I spent a good chunk of change on this chair a while back, the material is already starting to fall apart. If I was on the lookout for a new chair, I definitely wouldn't choose this brand again.
