Class C leveling system
Our time at the dealership was a real mess. We got a Class C with a wonky leveling system that fell off while we were driving. It took us over 9 months of fighting and legal battles to get our RV back and have our missed payments taken care of. We thought it was just bad luck, so we upgraded to a Class A, but the same thing happened again. They promised quick fixes for our issues, but after waiting for over 6 months and missing out on camping trips, we had to take them to court once more to sort everything out. The RV still had problems - a window even flew off while we were driving, and it's been in their hands for 11 out of the 23 months we've owned it. It's been a total nightmare, and we're getting ready to start another legal battle just to get our RV back. Definitely steer clear of this place!

Order parts
I had to order some parts not long ago, and I was really impressed with the customer service folks I dealt with. They found the parts I needed right away and gave me clear instructions on how to place my order. The staff at this place is super professional and efficient, and they deserve a big thumbs up for that.
