I purchased a backpack
So, I wanted to share how it went down at Sunny Sports. Gotta say, their product range is quite impressive. But hey, fair warning to anyone thinking of ordering - be ready to wait a good month for your stuff to show up. Feels like they've got the slowest warehouse known to mankind! And forget trying to get a hold of them about your order - all you'll get is a "wait two more days" line, which is beyond annoying. Seems like they care more about pleasing their shareholders than their customers, judging by those 57% bad reviews. I get it now, why they've got that kind of rep.

Faulty arm repair
I just had an issue with the arm of my chair that needed fixing right away. The company's communication was excellent, and they quickly arranged for an engineer to come and replace the faulty arm. Tim, the engineer, showed up on time and fixed the chair efficiently. The company kept in touch throughout the process to make sure everything was going well. I have to say, the chair I got from them provides me with comfortable and stress-free back support. I really can't recommend them enough!

New prescription delayed order
I recently had a bit of a hiccup with my order from this company because of a mix-up with my new prescription. When I sent in my updated prescription, they accidentally looked at the old one from last year instead, which ended up causing a delay in getting my order. Even though I tried to send the new prescription again, they asked me to text or email it, which seemed like a risky way to share personal info. This method didn't meet HIPPA guidelines, which I knew about from working in the industry. I did eventually get my order once everything was sorted out, but the whole situation left me feeling pretty unhappy with the whole process.

Gift card not working
I got a gift card from the store not too long ago, and I was really happy about it. But when I tried to use it to buy something, the system didn't recognize it and showed an error message saying it was unknown. I was bummed out because I was really looking forward to using the gift card to get myself some new shoes or accessories. I emailed customer service for help, but I didn't hear back from them. I hope the store fixes this problem soon and makes sure their products, like gift cards, work properly. It's important for a brand to have good customer support and make sure customers can use their gift cards without any issues.
