Chocolate gift purchase
I bought a box of chocolates as a gift from Harvey Nichols, but I was really let down by what happened. The chocolates had a best before date only four weeks away, so I felt really awkward about giving them as a gift. When I asked Harvey Nichols for a refund or exchange, I couldn't believe they said no because it was in their rules. I think as someone who shops at a fancy store, I deserve better customer service. So, I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on.

Recent return
I returned something to that store like a month ago using the prepaid label they gave me. But even though the tracking said they got it, I still haven't gotten my money back. I've tried emailing and calling them a bunch of times, but no one has gotten back to me. It's pretty frustrating and disappointing that they're not helping me out. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about shopping there.

Fresh Breath Gel purchase
The Fresh Breath Gel tasted really good and did a great job cleaning my teeth. It made my mouth feel so fresh! The only problem was that the gel took forever to come out of the pump dispenser. It was so annoying that I ended up deciding to cancel my subscription, even though I really liked the product.
