I checked out Money Tips since I heard they give unbiased financial advice. But, my time with them wasn't that great. The advice I got was pretty basic and didn't feel tailored to me at all. It seemed like I could've found the same stuff online in no time. Their customer service wasn't great either. They took forever to respond to me and when they did, it wasn't very helpful. All in all, I was pretty disappointed with the service I got from Money Tips.

I was really disappointed with the customer service I got from Money Tips. The person I talked to didn't seem to know much and didn't really care about helping me with my questions. Plus, their prices were way higher than I thought they'd be, especially for the service I got. Ordering was easy, but the whole thing just didn't feel great. And when I finally got the financial advice package, it was late and didn't have the info I asked for. I definitely wouldn't suggest Money Tips to anyone after my experience.
