ComplaintsI was really disappointed with the customer service I got from Money Tips. The person I talked to didn't seem to know much and didn't really care about helping me with my questions. Plus, their prices were way higher than I thought they'd be, especially for the service I got. Ordering was easy, but the whole thing just didn't feel great. And when I finally got the financial advice package, it was late and didn't have the info I asked for. I definitely wouldn't suggest Money Tips to anyone after my experience.
