Dividend stocks investing
The stories about investing in dividend stocks for retirement, like AQN and NWH.un.to, were just so dull and kept repeating themselves. They cut off right before things actually got good with a big collapse. I gotta say, I wasn't too pleased with the info they were giving out - it wasn't all that helpful or interesting. And those opinions they were sharing? Can't say I really trusted them or felt confident in where they were coming from. I think I might stick to reading articles on Yahoo Finance instead. I mean, getting a couple predictions right doesn't mean much if most of them turn out to be duds, right?
Stock market advice subscription
The advice I've been getting from this subscription has been way better than any fund manager I've worked with before. I've seen some great returns in the 12 to 15 companies I've invested in on their recommendations. The Motley Fool recommends doing your own research before buying stocks, and I really like that. I'm definitely going to keep subscribing to their services, especially "Stock Adviser" and "Dividend Investor."
Subscribed for stock advice
I signed up for some stock tips, but now they won't stop trying to sell me more stuff. It's really bugging me. I just wanted some help with investing, not to be pushed into spending more cash. I'm definitely not impressed with their approach.
Stock market advice
Wow, this place is so confusing, eh? People here just listen to the news and then tell others what to do, eh? But they don't even have the right qualifications, eh? I heard they changed their minds five times about Air Canada in just two months - first it's the best, then it's just okay, and then suddenly it's the worst. Can't they just make up their minds, eh?
MF subscription
The Motley Fool gives out solid annual and monthly stock picks, but they drop the ball on keeping us updated about how those stocks are doing and bombarding us with ads for new ones. Plus, their extra services, like SaaS, don't get enough updates and I've been pretty let down by my experience with both.
Subscription cancellation
I decided to cancel my subscription because I've gotten lots of useful info from the site in the past. But when I tried to reach out to customer service by phone and email, I didn't get any response, which was disappointing. And on top of that, I got charged for an auto-renewal even though I tried to cancel my sub. So now I'm feeling frustrated and unsure about what to do next.
Great advice from newsletters
The Motley Fool is so great, eh? Their newsletters always hook me up with top-notch stock advice. I still have my own broker, but thanks to the Fool's tips, I've come across some pretty sweet new stocks. Their analysis isn't crazy in-depth, but it definitely gets me brainstorming about potential investments. Plus, their track record is strong, which is key when it comes to stock suggestions, eh?
Investment advice
I've been with this investment platform for a few years and it's been a mix of good and not so good experiences. When things are going well in the market, their advice is usually bang on and I've made some decent returns. But when times get tough, their recommendations leave something to be desired. Like, they totally missed the mark on the dip that stocks like Shopify and Zoom took, which was a letdown. Not only did they keep saying to buy, but they didn't clue in on when to sell. I think they need to change up their advice quicker when the market shifts.
Investment advice
I've gotta say, the investment advice from this service has been top-notch. They really provide some great insights and recommendations on different stocks. I've had some solid success with investments in Paycom, Shopify, Acuity Ads, Fulgent, and NVIDIA. But, I've gotta admit, I've struggled with knowing when to sell at the best time. I often end up missing out on selling when the market is at its peak. One thing that really trips me up is trying to tell the difference between the paid advice and the teasers, which makes it a bit tough to find the specific tips I'm looking for. Despite these challenges, I'm planning to stick with Stock Advisor and might even add Hidden Gems to my portfolio next year for some extra insights and recommendations.
Subscription to various services
Subscribing to Stock Advisor Canada, Dividend Investor, and Hidden Gems since 2015 has been a great choice for me. The services really give you bang for your buck. The tips and advice they give have been super helpful in getting me better returns on my investments. I did give Pro, Blastoff, and Rising Stars a shot, but they just didn't match up with how I like to invest. Luckily, cancelling those services was easy-peasy, and the people I dealt with were really nice.
Original purchase disappointment
The first purchase was a big disappointment for me. I thought I was getting a full program, but it was really just the basics with not much helpful info. And then, right after I signed up, all these upsell emails started coming in. It's annoying to get more emails trying to sell me stuff instead of giving me good stock tips. The pushy upsell tactics just seem greedy and not helpful at all.
Investment advice service
I think the service is really helpful for coming up with new ideas, but I suggest checking things out on your own too before you go along with what they say. It's a good choice for investors who already have some experience and want to find new chances to invest, but it might not be the best fit for folks who need more personalized help managing their investments.
Financial advice subscription
I find that the service is generally reliable and dependable, but it's not always spot-on in the long run. I like that there are lots of investment options available, but some people might think the prices are a bit high for what you get. It would be great if there was a way for users to see past comments on stocks they're interested in, not just the current ones. That way, we could make better decisions and have a more enjoyable experience overall.
Investment recommendations
The market might be down at the moment, but with the good company tips I've gotten from this platform, I know my stock portfolio will recover. The stock market can be pretty unpredictable, but patience is key. The Motley Fool has been a big help in growing my retirement savings, and I'm really thankful for that. Their advice has made a huge difference for me.
Stock Advisor Membership
I signed up for a one-year membership with Stock Advisor and honestly, it was a huge letdown. The content was outdated, the reviews didn't make sense, and they kept bombarding me with spam about paying more money to join other stuff. It felt like all the reviews were just copied and pasted without any real thought or analysis put into them.
Not subscribed
I don't even subscribe to your stuff, but I keep seeing articles everywhere! How am I supposed to trust any of them when they flip-flop all the time? And when they do happen to be right, they act all arrogant. Just leave me alone and let me read reviews that actually count!
Stock advice subscription
Eh, so I signed up for The Motley Fool's stock advice subscription and let me tell ya, it's packed with tons of info and analysis on all kinds of stocks. They keep things up to date, which really helps me understand what's going on in the markets. The only downside is there are so many different services and choices for stock tips that it can make your head spin, especially if you're just starting out in the investing game. Once you're on their mailing list though, get ready for a flood of emails and newsletters coming your way. They make sure you're in the loop about all the latest market trends and potential investments.
Wealth strategy support
The Motley Fool has been such a huge help for me in building and carrying out my wealth plan. Their analysis and advice have really guided me to make smart choices that have paid off. I really like how they can break down complicated stuff and give me straightforward tips.
Subscription not worth it
The advice from Motley Fool Dividend Investor Canada and Premium Hub isn't that great, you can find similar stuff for free online or in newspapers. Plus, cancelling your subscription is a total pain and not very user-friendly.
Investment advice
As an investor searching for good stock suggestions, I found the services offered to be below average. The stocks recommended were too risky, with high beta, negative cash flow, negative earnings, high P/E ratios, and a lot of debt. This kind of risky investing approach is more like gambling than smart investing. I'm glad I didn't listen to their advice for the last two years, because it probably would have caused big losses. The lack of thorough analysis and emphasis on speculative stocks is worrying and doesn't match my investment goals and strategy.
