I've been with this investment platform for a few years and it's been a mix of good and not so good experiences. When things are going well in the market, their advice is usually bang on and I've made some decent returns. But when times get tough, their recommendations leave something to be desired. Like, they totally missed the mark on the dip that stocks like Shopify and Zoom took, which was a letdown. Not only did they keep saying to buy, but they didn't clue in on when to sell. I think they need to change up their advice quicker when the market shifts.
