CommunicationI checked out Money Tips since I heard they give unbiased financial advice. But, my time with them wasn't that great. The advice I got was pretty basic and didn't feel tailored to me at all. It seemed like I could've found the same stuff online in no time. Their customer service wasn't great either. They took forever to respond to me and when they did, it wasn't very helpful. All in all, I was pretty disappointed with the service I got from Money Tips.
