Elegant shoes, perfect fit
I just bought a really nice pair of shoes and I gotta say, I'm super happy with them. I had never shopped here for shoes before, but my friends recommended it so I thought I'd give it a shot. And man, am I glad I did! The fit is perfect, even though I had to go with a smaller size, and the quality is top-notch. These shoes are totally worth the higher price because they're so well-made and stylish. I'd definitely suggest them as a fancy treat for your feet.
Bought shoes
I picked up some really awesome shoes from here, but they didn't have half sizes anymore, which was disappointing. Luckily, the customer service was really good when I had a question about my delivery to the Chester branch. They responded quickly and were very helpful.
Beautifully made dresses, kept them both
I was so happy with my shopping trip to this store! The delivery was great, they left my package in a safe spot and even sent me a picture to show it had arrived. The dresses I got were amazing - they were well made and I loved them so much I couldn't bear to return them like I had planned. The customer service was awesome, they really took care of me and made shopping there a lot of fun.
Beautiful dress purchase
I went to the store on Bond Street and I was so impressed by how big it was and all the different choices they had. I tried on a few dresses and finally found the one I wanted for a special event. Then a few weeks later, I noticed that the same dress was cheaper online. I reached out to customer service and they quickly gave me a refund for the price difference. The dress is really well-made, fits me perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Square chain belt purchase
I recently bought a square chain belt from this brand, but I was kind of let down by it. I've been a customer for years, getting wide leg pants, jackets, bags, and accessories in navy, blue, and red. But this belt made me feel unsure about where the brand is going. The M-L size was too long, so I tried the S-M size. Sadly, it was too short and the clasp was a pain to open. The square shape also made it tricky to get through my belt loops, not very practical for daily wear. The lack of colors and styles in the collection made me wonder if the brand still thinks about customers like me. Plus, the shipping costs, especially with having to use a courier for health reasons, just added to my shopping letdown.
Coat in green
I just bought this really nice green coat from a store, and at first, I was pretty happy with the quality. But when I got it, I realized that the green was a bit off from what I saw online. So I had to take it back to the store, but then I had some issues with the return.
Blue and orange floral dress
I really liked how the blue and orange floral pattern on the dress popped and made it look catchy. So, I went ahead and bought it online, but I totally spaced on using the sale code. Good thing when I reached out to customer service, they were super nice and fixed it for me. They added the discount to my order and even gave me a refund for the difference without any trouble. I was so impressed with how they handled everything and overall very happy with the service I got.

Shoes delivery issue
I recently bought a pair of shoes online and unfortunately, they didn't make it to my place because the delivery company had some restrictions. After waiting for four days, they were sent back to the sender, which was pretty frustrating. However, I have to give props to the customer service rep I talked to, Nadia, she was super helpful and quick in sorting out a refund for me. Her help was top-notch, and that was a relief during the delivery mess. I do find it kinda strange that I couldn't pick a different delivery option when ordering online, especially since I don't live in a super remote area. It would be great to have more choices for delivery to avoid issues like this next time.
Ankle boots in different color
I just bought another pair of ankle boots in a different color from the store. They were a bit pricey for my budget, but I managed to snag them on sale. The ankle boots are really well-made and I'm loving the design. They arrived quickly and the packaging was top-notch, making it feel like a special unboxing. Range of products, high prices
I really like all the stuff they have at the store, but sometimes the descriptions aren't right which makes it tough to see things like pockets, zippers, and vents up close. I wasn't too happy about the new eco-friendly fabric they're using in some of the items because I prefer cotton and wool for their breathability. And the shipping costs and the minimum spend for free shipping have been a bit of a downside for me.
Summer handbag purchase
The website was so easy to use, made my shopping experience super smooth and efficient. I actually found this really cute handbag that I love. But man, those delivery costs were way too expensive. Even with a discount code, that $4.95 delivery charge just canceled out the savings. It's a bummer since there aren't any stores nearby that sell your stuff, so online shopping is really my only choice.
My new clothes
I got some really awesome new clothes that fit me perfectly! They were on sale and I just couldn't say no!
Black dress and matching shoes
I ordered a black dress and matching shoes for a special event, and I was really hoping they would come the next day because I paid extra for speedy shipping. But, to my surprise, the package didn't arrive until three days later. That left me in a bit of a bind because I was missing half of my outfit for the event. What really got to me was that I didn't even get an email letting me know about the delay. It was frustrating and disappointing that the company didn't communicate with me or even apologize for the delay. Being a first-time customer, this whole experience really turned me off from shopping online with this brand.
Black leather ankle boots
I have to say, the customer service rep I chatted with on the phone, we'll just call her Gabriela, was amazing. She sorted out my problems quickly and with a friendly and efficient attitude that is rare to find nowadays. Big props to her for giving such great service!

Hey, I just wanted to say that I really love the shoes I got from this store, but I gotta be honest about the delivery. I mean, using evri for delivery was a total nightmare. They left my package in such a sketchy spot, like seriously, my shoes deserve better than that. I understand that mistakes can happen, but you really need to improve your delivery service.
Shoes stolen
Can you believe it? The delivery company messed up big time! The driver told me my shoes were dropped off, but he used an old photo as evidence. I was at work all day and my shoes never made it to me. They need to sort this out ASAP, it's completely unacceptable!
Pointed toe black suede pumps
I bought these really cute black suede pumps with pointed toes that looked super stylish and elegant. They were perfect for wearing to work or for special events. The suede material was really high-quality and you could tell that the shoes were well-made. But, when I tried them on, I noticed that the strap on the back of one of the shoes was too big, so there was a gap. It made the shoes fit weird and not very comfortable, which was a bummer considering how well-known the brand is. I had to go through the whole process of returning them and getting a different pair instead.
Received mismatched shoe sizes
I ordered two pairs of shoes in the same size. But when they arrived, one pair was too small. It was annoying to have to deal with returning the wrong item. The whole situation was frustrating and definitely not a good experience.
Winola shoes, multiple purchases
I'm really impressed with my Winola shoes! I also got some cardigans, dresses, and jackets from here, and they're all great. The Winola shoes are amazing - they look good and are super comfortable. Even though they have high heels, I can wear them for a long time without any issues. The quality of everything I got here is really good, and the design is well done. I'm so happy with everything I bought and I'll definitely come back for more in the future.
