Hat, shirt, and return
I ordered a hat and a shirt online, but they both showed up late even though I shelled out extra for next day delivery. The hat was all messed up, with some stains on it and damage. What's worse, the shirt was the wrong size - I asked for a 2XL but they sent me an XL instead! And now I have to spend more money to send them back, costing me an extra 6.20 on top of the 8.95 + 99p I already paid for delivery. That's a whopping total of 88.14 coming out of my wallet! It's been 14 days and I've still got no refund of 72, so I'm looking at being down 16.14 just from this whole debacle!

I have to say, the customer service rep I chatted with on the phone, we'll just call her Gabriela, was amazing. She sorted out my problems quickly and with a friendly and efficient attitude that is rare to find nowadays. Big props to her for giving such great service!

I love the mix and match jewelry pieces from Astrid & Miyu! They are super affordable and really well-made, with such pretty designs. You can stack them up and wear them for a casual look or dress them up for fancier events. I just went to their stores and the staff there were so nice and helpful. I'm already thinking about buying more because I'm kind of obsessed with their jewelry!

Gift purchase
I just bought a gift at The Whisky Exchange and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the whole thing. I've shopped for whisky at some of Scotland's best independent stores before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But the service at this store was top-notch. The person helping me knew their stuff and gave me lots of choices that fit my budget. I really liked that they took the time to describe each product in detail and you could tell they were really passionate about whisky.
