I really like all the stuff they have at the store, but sometimes the descriptions aren't right which makes it tough to see things like pockets, zippers, and vents up close. I wasn't too happy about the new eco-friendly fabric they're using in some of the items because I prefer cotton and wool for their breathability. And the shipping costs and the minimum spend for free shipping have been a bit of a downside for me.

I had a really good experience with the customer service rep who helped me out and updated my request quickly. They were super friendly and made everything so easy. I really appreciate how professional and attentive they were to my needs.
