ProductI needed new game-day gear after my old shirts stretched and a previous online buy was awful, so I tried them. The stuff feels solid—nice fabric, fits true, breathable for long tailgates—and delivery was on time. Pretty relieved it wasn’t another miss, actually glad I picked them.

Tracking showed delays and the courier told me to deal with the seller, seller basically shrugged. Annoying, really. In the end it arrived a bit late and the item does what I wanted and is useful, so I'm relieved. Still would have liked clearer updates, but overall okay.

Hoodie’s cozy, not flawless, price a touch high, but the swap made me happy enough to keep shopping here.

I asked for a return and heard nothing useful. Instead they kept sending messages about a credit balance but never actually helped with the return. It took weeks to even get a reply. I've returned ill-fitting items from other retailers with no fuss, so this stood out. Not impressed.

Trackingit was annoying at the time but it did arrive eventually and I'm glad. I first saw the item on their website and even mentioned it to a colleague, so I felt awkward when tracking said "shipped" but nothing happened. Multiple missed updates. Customer support fixed a technical glitch after I complained, sent confirmation and it showed up today. Not perfect, but relieved it worked out. Would buy again but will double-check emails next time.

The hoodie isn't premium; a bit thin and the stitching shows, but it fits and is cozy for dog walks and coffee runs. I wear it most days. Not perfect, but it does the job.

Productdelivery arrived on time and the packaging wasn’t torn, but those cheap rubber/plastic patches ruin the look up close. It would’ve been much better if they used tackle twill like the numbers. Kinda bummed — hope customer service helps and that others check sleeves right away. If you're buying, ask customer service about returns or photos first.

ServiceWhat a total nightmare trying to get a hold of someone at the company about my England shirt I bought at Wembley. Phone calls go unanswered, emails ignored - what a mess! And to make matters worse, the shirts have outdated player names and numbers on them. Now I've got one very disappointed 11-year-old on my hands. How did this even happen? And to spend £83 on a shirt that might not even be worn now - it's just not right. Fanatics, shape up!

ServiceI recently bought a whole England kit from this company on March 21st. I'm kinda bummed because all I got so far are just the socks. Their customer service is really disappointing, they don't seem to care about fixing the problem. It's annoying that they always say the manager is in meetings and can't talk. I wouldn't suggest getting anything from this company, I even complained to the England head office about my experience.

I'm really disappointed with the poor quality of the jersey and the fact that customer service hasn't gotten back to me.

ServiceI had to cancel an order recently and the customer service I got was awesome. The first person I talked to realized they needed to get someone higher up involved. Cristin stepped in and was able to cancel the order, even though it was already being processed. She said she'd send an email confirmation once it was done, and she did just that within 2 hours. I was really impressed with how efficient and professional Cristin was. If you ever need customer support, I definitely recommend asking for Cristin - she'll make sure your problem gets sorted out quickly.

Returns & RefundsI recently bought some gear for my fave sports team from this online shop. The stuff was good quality and the designs were cool. But man, returning items was a drag. The cost to return stuff on their site was way higher than what other stores charge. I didn't expect that and it really annoyed me. Plus, getting my refund took forever. They said it would only take 10 working days after they got my return at their warehouse, but that didn't happen. I had to keep bugging customer service for updates. Overall, the products were decent, but the return process and customer service were a letdown.
