England shirt at Wembley
What a total nightmare trying to get a hold of someone at the company about my England shirt I bought at Wembley. Phone calls go unanswered, emails ignored - what a mess! And to make matters worse, the shirts have outdated player names and numbers on them. Now I've got one very disappointed 11-year-old on my hands. How did this even happen? And to spend £83 on a shirt that might not even be worn now - it's just not right. Fanatics, shape up!
Full England kit
I recently bought a whole England kit from this company on March 21st. I'm kinda bummed because all I got so far are just the socks. Their customer service is really disappointing, they don't seem to care about fixing the problem. It's annoying that they always say the manager is in meetings and can't talk. I wouldn't suggest getting anything from this company, I even complained to the England head office about my experience.
Hockey and soccer clothing
I ordered a bunch of awesome stuff for my son for Easter, but it never arrived! I'm super upset and frustrated that I wasted my money and now my son won't have anything fun for Easter. I should have checked the reviews before buying from this place. Life's unfair! 😡😭
Difficulty with online order
I recently tried to make a purchase on the website, but we ran into a bunch of problems. My son-in-law and I both wanted to get a gift card, but the system kept rejecting our orders. So we got frustrated and decided to buy some stuff instead. But then the website kept processing our request over and over again before finally kicking us out. It was so annoying and we ended up feeling pretty disappointed by the whole experience.

I just bought a customized NBA jersey with a player's name and number on it. The problem is, after only a few washes, the letters on the back started peeling off. I made sure to wash it carefully in a delicate items bag, but it still didn't last. I emailed customer service with all the order details, but haven't heard back from them yet. I'm really disappointed with the poor quality of the jersey and the fact that customer service hasn't gotten back to me.
Recent online purchases
My recent online orders didn't show up when they were supposed to. I gave customer service a call and they told me that my stuff got sent to my old address by mistake. The good news is, the folks at Fanatics customer service fixed everything right away and made sure my missing items were sent to the right address. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how fast they took care of the problem.
Ordered a bunch of sports gear for my favorite team
So I ordered a bunch of gear for my favorite team, eh? It arrived super fast, just like the next day. But then I realized I didn't like some of the stuff and wanted to return it, you know? I gave 'em a call, and they helped me set up the return really easily, eh. They even gave me a link to start the return process, which was cool. So right now, I'm just waiting for it to all get sorted out, eh. 👍
Rugby jumper with holes
So I bought this rugby sweater from Fanatics and man, was I bummed out. When I opened up the package, I saw two big ol' holes in it! Like, c'mon, that's just not cool. I shot them an email about it on March 10th, but it's been three weeks now and I haven't heard a peep back. It's not cool for a company to treat their customers like this, you know? Fanatics just seems kinda shady to me, putting profit first and not caring about their customers. Smh.
Eagles jersey purchase
I just ordered an Eagles jersey, and on the website, it said it would come in 2-3 business days. But then I checked the tracking info, and it said it wouldn't arrive until May 9th. This mix-up has me feeling pretty confused and frustrated as a customer.
England kit - Shorts and socks
I just bought the England kit online 'cause I couldn't find the shorts and socks anywhere in stores. The whole ordering process on their website was pretty smooth and quick. But man, the shorts took forever to arrive, almost 3 weeks! And when I tried to reach out to customer service about the delay, they were a total mess with their responses and communication.
Cancelled order assistance
I had to cancel an order recently and the customer service I got was awesome. The first person I talked to realized they needed to get someone higher up involved. Cristin stepped in and was able to cancel the order, even though it was already being processed. She said she'd send an email confirmation once it was done, and she did just that within 2 hours. I was really impressed with how efficient and professional Cristin was. If you ever need customer support, I definitely recommend asking for Cristin - she'll make sure your problem gets sorted out quickly.
Apparel for my favorite sports team
I recently bought some gear for my fave sports team from this online shop. The stuff was good quality and the designs were cool. But man, returning items was a drag. The cost to return stuff on their site was way higher than what other stores charge. I didn't expect that and it really annoyed me. Plus, getting my refund took forever. They said it would only take 10 working days after they got my return at their warehouse, but that didn't happen. I had to keep bugging customer service for updates. Overall, the products were decent, but the return process and customer service were a letdown.
Poor quality jerseys
Fanatics has really let me down with the crappy quality of their jerseys. It's pretty obvious that they're skimping on costs to make more money. The jerseys just feel cheap and way too expensive for what you get. What's really irritating is that you can't even leave reviews on their site, which seems like they're hiding something.
Big T-shirt from Fanatics
Eh, so I picked up this huge shirt from the store the other week and I was so pumped to wear it. But when I threw it on, it was way too tight, barely even fit me! I shoulda grabbed it 2 sizes up or somethin'. Plus, the fabric is so thin, I could almost see through it. Total waste of money, ya know?
Ordered jersey
I bought a jersey online not too long ago and man, it's been a real pain in the behind. The website said it would take 5-7 days to ship, but my order is still stuck in "PROCESSING" mode. Supposed to ship by March 27, but there's been no updates or messages about the holdup. I want the truth during the ordering process, not this total lack of info. The chat bot on the site said I could cancel or change my order, but that turned out to be a load of garbage. Should've been an easy breezy cancellation, but here I am waiting with no end in sight. I want my original payment back, like yesterday! This whole mess has me feeling like I got taken for a ride and I'm telling everyone to be careful with this site.
Soccer jersey
OMG, I'm just so annoyed! I ordered a soccer jersey like two weeks ago, and it still hasn't shown up! I read all these terrible reviews and now I'm thinking, "why did I even bother?" They keep switching up the delivery date, and I have zero clue when I'm gonna get my jersey. It's just so frustrating! I shoulda just gone to the store instead of buying online.
Overpriced, low quality merchandise
I bought something for Christmas and was so disappointed with the quality. The print started coming off after a few washes, and the price was way too high for such poor quality. It was a total waste of money, and I can't believe they sell stuff like that. On top of that, I had trouble leaving feedback on their website and getting in touch with them through email. It just made me even more frustrated.
new sweater
I ordered this new sweater and was all pumped to wear it to my next hockey game! But, like, I waited and waited and it felt like it was gonna take FOREVER to get here. Finally got in touch with them, and they were like, "Sorry, we don't even have that sweater in stock." Can you believe that? I was so let down!
Good quality visors
I just bought two really good visors from this store, and let me tell you, I'm seriously loving the quality. They're tough, comfy to wear, and look super cool - I couldn't find anything like them elsewhere. It did take a bit longer than I thought for them to show up, but once they did, I was totally happy with my buy. Overall, I'd totally suggest this store to anyone wanting unique and top-notch sports gear.
