The phone mount on this tripod only works in landscape mode, so I had to buy a different one from another company to take portrait shots. I wish they had mentioned that before I got it.

The stuff didn't show up until twelve days later, even though it was coming from real close by. Can you believe the package went all the way to Florida before it finally got to me? Their reply was so weak, just a quick "sorry for the delay" with no real effort to fix things. I had to pay to send the stuff back, and their emails were rude and unapologetic.

I had some issues with the customer service at this place lately. One guy, Sean, was pretty rude and unprofessional, which was pretty disappointing. Instead of listening to my needs, I felt like I was being given the run-around and needing to do unnecessary stuff. Even though my bike had a part that was clearly covered by warranty and deemed unsafe by a local bike mechanic and the head mechanic at the store, they were still hesitant to replace it. This lack of concern for my safety and happiness has made me think twice about coming back to this place.
