Phone mount not rotating
The phone mount on this tripod only works in landscape mode, so I had to buy a different one from another company to take portrait shots. I wish they had mentioned that before I got it.

Heated jacket purchase
This jacket is seriously amazing for Canadian winters. I can finally stop freezing my butt off while shoveling or waiting for the bus. The heating tech is great and keeps me warm and cozy in any weather. And it looks stylish and well-made, so I feel like a boss wearing it. It's definitely worth it for anyone who wants to stay warm and look good in the cold.

Delayed delivery, poor communication
I was so disappointed with the customer service I got from this company. I ordered in early April and even paid for faster shipping. But guess what? The stuff didn't show up until twelve days later, even though it was coming from real close by. Can you believe the package went all the way to Florida before it finally got to me? When I tried to cancel my order, it took them forever to respond, and by then the stuff was already here. Their reply was so weak, just a quick "sorry for the delay" with no real effort to fix things. I had to pay to send the stuff back, and their emails were rude and unapologetic.

Car rental booking experience
I had a bit of bad luck with booking a rental car through Hotwire. I had to switch up my travel dates last minute for a trip out of my province, but when I reached out to Hotwire for a hand, they refused to help me out. I tried to explain my situation and the need to change the dates, but they wouldn't budge and wouldn't give me a refund. It was a real letdown and left me feeling pretty frustrated with their lousy customer service.

I had a super disappointing experience with this company, eh. I did everything I was supposed to do to buy something, but then the price was way off when I tried to pay, eh. I tried to talk to customer service so many times, but they didn't help at all, eh. And when I tried to return the item, it took them forever to even notice my request, eh. I really don't recommend selling stuff through them if you care about your things, eh. They say they'll fix things, but it's all just empty words, eh.

Recent purchase issue
I had some issues with the customer service at this place lately. One guy, Sean, was pretty rude and unprofessional, which was pretty disappointing. Instead of listening to my needs, I felt like I was being given the run-around and needing to do unnecessary stuff. Even though my bike had a part that was clearly covered by warranty and deemed unsafe by a local bike mechanic and the head mechanic at the store, they were still hesitant to replace it. This lack of concern for my safety and happiness has made me think twice about coming back to this place.

I went and got some stuff from this store, eh? But then when I went back a few days later to return them, they said no way, because it was past the 30-day return policy. And to top it all off, they even kept the stuff and my cash! Not cool, eh? Definitely not what I'd expect from a business that says they follow Christian values. Thanks for zip, zilch, nada.
