    Reviews DaySpring

One can never go wrong with sincere appreciation of people, acts and gestures. It is one of the important corner pieces of human interaction. Appreciation can be shown at random moments, important life events, celebrations, holidays, etc. it could involve buying gifts, being available to offer help or run errands, giving of your skills, intellect or finances, etc. The major thing is to tell the people you care about how you feel about them, and how their presence or actions influence your life. Greeting cards are a popular way of telling others how you feel – with the words specifically crafted to convey specific messages to the receiver. Hence, birthday cards cannot be given during a holiday, nor can a get-well-soon card be given during a graduation ceremony. Cards allow the individuals to convey and document feelings that might be awkward or difficult to express. Also, when sending a gift out, one of the purposes of the greeting card is to tell the receiver who the gift is from. Employees in workplaces might treasure cards given by their bosses as a sign of good interaction and being a part of a team; grandparents might keep a stack of greeting cards from grandchildren who are not readily available in their vicinity, and whenever the need arises to find one’s sense of worth/ accomplishment/ usefulness/ community/ identity, going through these can bolster positive feelings of self-worth and community. DaySpring specializes in delivering greeting cards and books with Biblical and Christian messages to the public.

    About DaySpring

DaySpring Cards was established in 1971 as a small commercial shop that offered printing services in Covina, California in the USA. The company started with the desire of four Christian men (Roy Lessin, Don Leetch, Russ Flint and Dean Kerns) to spread the message of their faith through their designs and printed messages. The company evolved over the years and was under the auspices of Cook Communication until acquired by Hallmark Cards in 1999. DaySpring also has a women’s division, Mary and Martha which was established in 2013 to empower women to share their love for God.
