DeliveryI recently made a purchase with high hopes of getting it delivered the next day thanks to an overnight shipping option. But when the package showed up, half of my order was missing, and the most important item - my Bible - was nowhere to be found. I contacted customer service, and they said they'd overnight the missing items, but it's been five days now and still no sign of them. When I asked for a refund on the shipping since I didn't get everything I ordered as promised, they said no, pointing out that I did get half of my order. Can you believe that?
