Returned merchandise denied refund
Returns & RefundsI went and got some stuff from this store, eh? But then when I went back a few days later to return them, they said no way, because it was past the 30-day return policy. And to top it all off, they even kept the stuff and my cash! Not cool, eh? Definitely not what I'd expect from a business that says they follow Christian values. Thanks for zip, zilch, nada.
About DaySpring
DaySpring is a prominent Christian products company known for its wide range of inspirational products, including greeting cards, stationery, books, home decor, and gifts designed to communicate positive messages and Christian faith. It was founded in 1971 in Covina, California, by four Christian men who wanted to make Christ known through the printed message. The company's mission is to share God's love in tangible ways through products that encourage and inspire. In 1999, DaySpring was acquired by Hallmark Cards, Inc., allowing it to expand its reach and product offerings. DaySpring operates with the core belief that every product they produce should be a vehicle for spreading hope and encouragement.
