New order not arrived
I really like The Inkey List! Every time I've ordered from them, it's been fast delivery and the products are so good. But this time, my order didn't arrive after waiting for 12 days. I was starting to get concerned, but I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond. They're taking care of the situation and even offered to send out a replacement since my order seems to be lost. I'll let you know how things turn out.

I just started this scent subscription with this company, and I gotta say, I'm loving it! The scents they offer are amazing, and I've been really happy with the two I got.
