I bought a plane ticket with free cancellation, but turns out the free cancellation only counted for the first flight. Such a scam! Lost $2,000 all because of their wrong info. Definitely not flying with them anymore.

Watches
I bought a few watches from Watchmaxx recently, and 2 out of 3 orders were delayed in shipping. One order I made in early June still hasn't been sent out by mid-July. I tried contacting customer service many times, but they never said sorry for the delays. I've worked in retail before, so I expect good customer service. Watchmaxx didn't meet my expectations in that regard. Even though their prices are good, their customer service needs to improve in terms of communication and taking responsibility.

As someone who uploads a lot of images on this platform, I was really looking forward to getting an email saying that I would get $10 for every 1000 images I uploaded. I spent a lot of time uploading over 20000 images, thinking I would see that money in my account. But when I checked, I didn't get any payment even though I met all the requirements. I felt tricked and annoyed by this false information.

I just got something from this company that was all banged up from shipping, but thanks to 'Summer' in Customer Service, she helped me sort out sending it back and getting a new one. I really appreciate the fast and helpful customer service.

Order shipped to incorrect address
I just made a big order from you guys, spending over $300. But, when I tracked it, I saw it was going to the wrong address. I know for sure I changed it when I checked out, but it didn't stick. I was worried and annoyed, so I called customer service, expecting a headache. But, the person I talked to was amazing. I told them what happened, and right away they said they'd send a new order to the right address with overnight delivery. They were quick and got it right, plus there were no automated machines, so I only waited for less than two minutes. This level of help really saved my butt, and I'm so thankful for the fast and easy fix.

Climbing harness online purchase
So, I bought this climbing harness online not long ago, and it turns out it doesn't fit me right. I asked for a return and got a label that same night. Packed it up in a box and shipped it out the next day. At the same time, I ordered the next size up. But today, I got an email saying my return was rejected because the harness was supposedly used. I barely tried it on for a few minutes, all the tags and manuals were still there. Called customer service to explain, but they only offered me a 20% discount. Super frustrating and pricey for such a short try on. Dealing with the return department has been a real headache, wish I had stuck with other stores I've had better luck with.
