    Flash Sale KXONE SUP purchase

    I just got the Flash Sale KXONE SUP and tried it out today. When I opened the box, I was happy to see that everything I needed was in there. It would have been nice to have some set-up instructions, but I found some helpful YouTube videos on how to inflate the SUP. The board is really light, which was great for me because Bear Lake is far from where I parked. It's not as responsive as a hard board, but it felt sturdy in the water and the fact that it's easy to carry around outweighed that small downside. Overall, I'm happy with the value and performance of this purchase.

    Eh, Al's has been around the block for a while in our community, and even with some changes along the way, they still nail it with great service. Their gun department is especially impressive - they really give you the time of day and treat you right. My wife is just starting to get into guns and shooting, and she's had some not-so-nice encounters at other stores before. But at Al's, they always treat her with respect and provide really helpful info. Thanks to their amazing customer service, we've ended up making three big buys from the gun department.

    I ordered a sleeping mat for camping on the internet, but I wasn't too thrilled with it. Unfortunately, by the time I decided I wanted to return it, I had missed the 30-day deadline. So, I had to give customer service a call. To my surprise, they answered my call right away and handled my return super quick. I did have to cough up $9.95 for the return shipping, but I get that it wasn't really their fault that I wasn't satisfied with the product. It was my first time shopping there, and even with this little hiccup, I would for sure shop there again.

    Well, well, well...look what we got here, eh? They went and charged me twice by mistake for my order. Can you believe that, eh? I sure couldn't. So, I figured I'd reach out to their customer service on their website. Next thing I know, within 20 minutes, I get an email from them telling me they'll fix that second charge. Well, well, well...now that's what I call some pretty awesome service, eh? Let's wait and see if they really do reverse that charge.     I recently bought a canoe paddle from a new online store I found called Al's.     I recently bought a roof top tent online from this store I found. The prices looked good and they even offered free shipping, which was a bonus. But man, let me tell you, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when my order was stuck in "Handling Order" status for days. I called their support line, but they couldn't fix the issue quickly. They told me it was a direct ship item and promised me it would update once they had shipping info. Well, five days went by and nothing changed. I called again, got the same story, and was told to wait until the estimated delivery date before doing anything else. Then, just one day before it was supposed to arrive, my order got cancelled because of a website mistake and their incapability to ship big items. It took up nine whole days of my time. It's really disappointing to see stuff on their site that they can't deliver, leaving customers high and dry. If you're thinking of buying big or cheap stuff, you might wanna think twice about shopping at this place.

    Christmas order mix-up

    I just ordered something for Christmas from this company and got the wrong item. Turns out, it was listed incorrectly on their website and the price didn't match what I paid.     I ordered a wakeboard package, eh, but then 8 days later they told me they didn't have it in stock anymore. They tried to sell me a different wakeboard that wasn't a good deal, eh. Turns out they had both the wakeboard and bindings separately, but wouldn't put them together into the package for me. If you're gonna sell something, at least do it right, eh. Overall, not impressed, eh.

    I got some ski goggles from this store and I found that the silicone strips on the band were rubbing off super easily. It definitely seemed like the product had been returned before I got it, since there was a return address on the box. Plus, there wasn't any way to mark it as defective or get a paid return label. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    Climbing harness online purchase

    So, I bought this climbing harness online not long ago, and it turns out it doesn't fit me right. I asked for a return and got a label that same night. Packed it up in a box and shipped it out the next day. At the same time, I ordered the next size up. But today, I got an email saying my return was rejected because the harness was supposedly used. I barely tried it on for a few minutes, all the tags and manuals were still there. Called customer service to explain, but they only offered me a 20% discount. Super frustrating and pricey for such a short try on. Dealing with the return department has been a real headache, wish I had stuck with other stores I've had better luck with.
