Flash Sale KXONE SUP purchase
I just got the Flash Sale KXONE SUP and tried it out today. When I opened the box, I was happy to see that everything I needed was in there. It would have been nice to have some set-up instructions, but I found some helpful YouTube videos on how to inflate the SUP. The board is really light, which was great for me because Bear Lake is far from where I parked. It's not as responsive as a hard board, but it felt sturdy in the water and the fact that it's easy to carry around outweighed that small downside. Overall, I'm happy with the value and performance of this purchase.
Christmas order mix-up
I just ordered something for Christmas from this company and got the wrong item. Turns out, it was listed incorrectly on their website and the price didn't match what I paid. When I called customer service to exchange it, they admitted the mistake, but still gave me the discounted price. It was way cheaper than the original. The person on the phone was so helpful, they fixed everything in no time. I'm really happy with how they handled everything.
Gun purchases
Eh, Al's has been around the block for a while in our community, and even with some changes along the way, they still nail it with great service. Their gun department is especially impressive - they really give you the time of day and treat you right. My wife is just starting to get into guns and shooting, and she's had some not-so-nice encounters at other stores before. But at Al's, they always treat her with respect and provide really helpful info. Thanks to their amazing customer service, we've ended up making three big buys from the gun department.
Double charged for my purchase
Well, well, well...look what we got here, eh? They went and charged me twice by mistake for my order. Can you believe that, eh? I sure couldn't. So, I figured I'd reach out to their customer service on their website. Next thing I know, within 20 minutes, I get an email from them telling me they'll fix that second charge. Well, well, well...now that's what I call some pretty awesome service, eh? Let's wait and see if they really do reverse that charge. Keep watching, folks, for the next thrilling edition of The Customer's Revenge, eh!
New tent
My experience with this company was really good. I was a bit worried after seeing some bad reviews, but I found it really easy to place my order. The payment was simple and no problems at all. I was surprised at how fast the shipping was, and even better that it was free! My new tent arrived in less than a week and it was in perfect shape. I'm so happy with everything from start to finish. Fishing gear purchase
I just bought some fishing gear from that store and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the quality. They had a great selection, good prices, and the staff was super helpful. Unlike some big stores where you're stuck wandering around trying to find help, these guys are always there to lend a hand. It was a breath of fresh air compared to the lacklustre service I got at Sportsman's yesterday.

I was just checking out the bike stuff, looking for some extras, when I ended up on hold forever it seemed. But then, out of nowhere, someone from the online sales team came to help. They didn't know the answer right then but said they would find out - and they did, super quick! They not only fixed my issue but also put the item on hold for me. Now that's what I call service!

Al's has such a great selection for outdoor lovers, eh? And their customer service is the best. Even though I don't have an Al's store nearby anymore, shopping online with them is super easy.
