Cropped Hoodie & Leggings Set
So, I got this super cute cropped hoodie and leggings set online, you know? But when I put it on, it just didn't fit right. So I wanted to return it, but wow, it seriously took them forever to deal with my return. I mean, don't they realize we all have better things to do than waiting for them? And why do they make it so tricky to return stuff in-store only anyway? Plus, $6.00 for returns? No way. And let's not even get started on the rude customer service! I just wanted a quick refund, not to be treated like a criminal for returning something that didn't fit. They should really learn from Temu when it comes to treating customers right. Torrid, come on, step up your game!

Heat-change nail polish
I bought some heat-change nail polish not even a year ago, eh? It's totally lost its color now, and is just plain white. I barely even used it, and it's already no good. I've got nail polishes that are over ten years old and they're still going strong! I emailed customer service for help, but they were no help at all. They didn't want to assist me, even though it hasn't even been a year since I bought the polish. It was a letdown, to be honest.
