I just bought a pair of Salmon QST skis from Al's, and it was awesome. Ordering online was super easy and smooth. I had a few small problems at checkout, but the customer service team at Al's was amazing. They answered my questions fast and fixed everything right away. You could tell they really cared about making sure customers had a great shopping experience. I definitely recommend Al's for anything skiing-related.

After waiting for a whole three weeks for my supplement (glucosamine, chondroitin, hydraulic acid, & MSM) to arrive, I was really surprised to hear that it wasn't coming at all. This whole ordeal was such a waste of time and it left me feeling frustrated because there wasn't any communication about it. On top of that, I was bombarded with so many offers, coupons, and other junk mail that I just didn't need. The constant flood of marketing emails was just too much and I didn't ask for it. I would really appreciate it if the company could cut down on all the promotional stuff they send out and respect our time and inbox space.

I really like all the updates and improvements that italki keeps making to their platform. The addition of group lessons is awesome and has definitely made my learning experience better. But, there are a couple of things that I think need some work. First off, there's this annoying problem of getting disconnected from lessons in the italki classroom, which can really mess up the learning flow. And then, the limited withdrawal options are tricky, especially for users in places like Russia. It would be super helpful if they added more methods like AdvCash. Finally, it seems like there are fewer new student bookings lately, so maybe they could give us more info on student availability and time zones to help us schedule our lessons better.
