I got these flowers from my daughters for Mother's Day, but they started wilting after only a couple of days! It was so disappointing because they were supposed to be a special gift. I even took pictures to show how sad they looked. And when I reached out about it, they said I should have complained sooner. Like, how was I supposed to know they would die so quickly? So frustrating! They claim to care about making things right, but all they offered was empty words.

Hey, so I bought this really nice golf pullover back in December, right? I only wore it a few times and then BAM! I find a hole in the sleeve. I check the stitching and it's all messed up in a few places. I send them some pics, and they're like, "Oh, don't worry, we'll give you a 20% refund, it's fixable." But like, why should I have to fix it after only wearing it a few times, you know? I want my clothes to last, not fall apart! Ugh, not cool, man!

I just got a new case for my iPhone, which is kind of rare since it's only 18 months old. But I had some trouble with the first Rokform case I bought - it didn't fit my phone properly and it was super annoying. I tried contacting customer support through email several times to get help finding the right case, but the responses I got were not helpful at all. They didn't give me the info I needed, and it took forever for them to get back to me. It made buying a new case way more difficult than it should have been.

Yeah, so I picked up this murder mystery game and it was a total blast! The instructions were really clear, and they made setting everything up a breeze. The characters had such hilarious names, it just added to the fun. Everyone had a great time getting into their roles and playing along.

I wasted so much time playing this game, just to figure out it's all about making money. The bugs and constant changes they make just to get you to spend more money are so annoying. Don't bother, go find a game that actually cares about its players.

Eh, Al's has been around the block for a while in our community, and even with some changes along the way, they still nail it with great service. Their gun department is especially impressive - they really give you the time of day and treat you right. My wife is just starting to get into guns and shooting, and she's had some not-so-nice encounters at other stores before. But at Al's, they always treat her with respect and provide really helpful info. Thanks to their amazing customer service, we've ended up making three big buys from the gun department.

I gotta say, I was really impressed with the cat food I got from Smalls. My kitty absolutely loves it, especially the broths since he's more of a licker than a chewer. The way the food was packaged was excellent, it came fresh and not damaged at all. Setting up my account on their site was super easy, and the customer service I received was top-notch.
