I'm really disappointed with the company's lack of responsibility and follow-up. My order was two weeks late and it was for my pet's health, which is just not cool. The customer service was not helpful at all and they even blamed me for their mistakes. It took three long weeks just to get my order shipped.

$700 order never delivered
I'm really disappointed in how things went with this company. I ordered $700 worth of clothes, but the package never made it to my door even though it was marked as delivered. When I contacted customer service, they just told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It's been a real headache, though, because they keep fighting the dispute with the credit card company. They won't give me a refund or send the items again, so now I'm out a lot of money and have nothing to show for it. I can't believe how little they seem to care about their customers.
